This policy explains what [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (“Chuni AI”, “we”) collects when you use chuni.ai and the Chuni API and MCP server, and what we do with it. Questions: [PRIVACY EMAIL].

What we collect

  • Account data: email, name or studio name, password hash, plan and credit balance.
  • Content: prompts, style settings, reference images you upload, and the assets we generate for you.
  • Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, never card numbers.
  • Usage data: API key usage times, request logs and basic device/browser information for security and debugging.

How we use it

  • To generate your assets, run your account, and charge and refill credits.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
  • To email you about your account. Marketing emails only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe any time.

We do not use your private prompts or generations to train AI models.

Who processes your data

To generate assets, your prompt (and any reference image) is sent to compute providers that run the AI models for us:

  • GPU hosts rented through vast.ai, which run our own model server. These are third-party machines.
  • fal.ai, used when our own GPUs are busy and for 3D generation.
  • Stripe for payments, and [HOSTING PROVIDER] for our servers and database.

These providers process data only to perform the service for us.

Public vs private

Generations are private by default on every plan. If you choose “Share”, the asset and its prompt appear in the community gallery until you un-share or delete it.

Retention & deletion

We keep your content until you delete it or close your account. Deleting a generation removes its files from our storage. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to some processing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Chuni AI is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect their data.
