Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (“Chuni AI”). By creating an account or using the API or MCP server, you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account, including credits spent with your API keys.

Credits & subscriptions

  • Credits are consumed when you start a generation. If a generation fails, its credits are refunded automatically.
  • Plan credits refill monthly and do not roll over. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Ownership of outputs

As between you and us, you own the assets you generate and may use them commercially, on any plan. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and deliver them, and to show them in the community gallery if you choose to share them. AI outputs may not be unique, and other users may generate similar results.

Acceptable use

You may not use Chuni AI to create:

  • Sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery of real people.
  • Content that infringes others' copyrights or trademarks, or deceptively impersonates real people.
  • Content that is illegal, or that harasses, threatens or promotes violence against people or groups.
  • Malware or spam, or attempts to overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your inputs

Only upload prompts and reference images you have the right to use.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
